Karol Sullins joins Dallas Market Center

DALLAS – Dallas Market Center has named Karol Sullins executive director of leasing for Total Home & Gift Temps. Sullins joins Dallas Market Center from AmericasMart Atlanta, where she served as a senior manager of Atlanta’s High Design and Antiques collections.

Sullins is responsible for the strategic prospecting and leasing of High Style Dallas and Antiques, new additions to the Temps marketplace debuting in June, as well as the Home, Garden, Body & Spa and Him collections. She reports to Jo Ann Miller Marshall, senior vice president of temps leasing.

Fernish names five new executives

LOS ANGELES —Furniture rental company Fernish has added five executives to its team, all in newly created positions.

Evelyn Krasnow has been named chief marketing officer. Krasnow was formerly a marketing leader at Bird.

LR Home names new VP, e-commerce and direct sales

DALTON, Ga. — LR Home, a leader in the textiles and furniture wholesale industry, has named Dana Stevens as its vice president of e-commerce and direct sales. She will report to Vinamra Laddha, chief operating officer.

An expert in analytics and sales veteran, Stevens began her career in the consumer electronics industry, where she led sales teams with Fortune 500 companies such as Sprint, Dell and DirecTV over the course of a decade.

Most recently, she was director of e-commerce for Amer Rugs. Previously, she had worked with Bradburn Home, a luxury lighting and home décor wholesaler.

Beatriz Ball to move corporate offices and warehouse

New Orleans— Beatriz Ball currently operates in three buildings in New Orleans, but will consolidate operations in one new facility. The company’s warehouse will move this month and the office in February, after office renovations are complete. Warehouse space and shipping operations will increase greatly, the tabletop company said.

“We are in the process of hiring for every one of our departments and it is wonderful to see the atmosphere around our office, everybody is happy and cannot wait for 2022. We are very excited about this new chapter of Beatriz Ball,” said David Rive, general manager.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia – Rove Concepts, a direct-to-consumer, modern furniture company based in western Canada, has added a new sustainable fabric to its collection called Venice Vegan suede.

The fabric is composed of more than 50% recycled polyester and 5% spandex which results in an eco-friendly and cruelty-free alternative that’s made to last, according to the company.

“Unlike genuine leather, this high-quality vegan suede is machine washable in cold water, making it low maintenance and family friendly,” the company said in a statement.

ART Conference registration open | Home Accents Today

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — ART, the creative home furnishings network announces that registration is open now for its annual conference on May 12-15 at the St. Anthony Hotel in San Antonio.

The 2022 program will feature programming that includes seminars, hands on workshops, social events. ART also plans a community service project in the San Antonio area during the conference.

The 2022 program will be led by co-chairs Santhi Yarlagadda, of Kas Rugs, and Colleen Daly, of The Howard Elliott Collection.
